The meaning behind “Twisted Cedar”

If you look at the intricate twists and turns of the bark on this cedar tree, you can see how it had to change when it encountered a problem. It adjusted its branches for maximum growth and to seek out the light. Just like the cedar tree, we also must adapt, adjust and overcome adversities to reach the light and achieve our fullest potential.  Some may look at the bends and creases that hardships have left as scars in their lives and see imperfections, and ugliness. I say look at the cedar tree. It is beautiful with all of its bends, twists and turns. And so are you! Keep reaching for the light and never stop learning, growing and achieving your goals.
